Hi Jellicle,
yes
Check menu "Help" -> "iOS Release Notes" for:
"play", "specialfolderpath" and "Non-file URL access".
Best
Klaus
P.S.
I will move this thread to the iOS forum.

Well, take a look around, you're already inside of itJellicle wrote:Where is the iOS forum?

Hm, saving an image TO the iPhoto lib is currently not supported, you can import a photo FROM the lib however.Jellicle wrote:I also want to ask about saving photos to the iPhone camera roll

Re: Downloading, storing and playing mp3 files
Thanks Klaus. I'm still evaluating LiveCode so I don't have the full version or the iOS language documentation.
In relation to saving photos to the camera roll - the default behaviour in many iOS app is for images to be selectable and saveable to the camera roll when the user presses and holds down on the image. Given that the function is not programmable, do you know if that behaviour is supported?

Re: Downloading, storing and playing mp3 files
Hi Jellicle,
But if it is not mentioned in the "iOS Release Notes", then it will probably not be supported (yet), but I may be wrong.

The "iOS Release Notes" is currently the only documentation for iOS.Jellicle wrote:Thanks Klaus. I'm still evaluating LiveCode so I don't have the full version or the iOS language documentation.
