feeds in browser plug in

I downloaded the browser plug in and am wonder if it is all possible out of the box to access feeds (RSS etc.) Before I set down and try to build something that will, I was wondering if anyone know if the browser will display them or not. I tried some basic things and nothing but maybe I am missing something.
