Can't access the full version of LCU

Hello.

I just bought the bundle that includes LiveCode University, but I can not access the full version of LCU.

On my products page, within my profile on LiveCode web, I can see the username and key that I have been assigned, but they do not work. On the login dialog of LCU (clicking on a lesson pertaining to the full version) I get the message "Incorrect name or registration key."

I suppose it may be because the username contains Spanish characters.

What I can do?
