Pseudocode robot programming

I am stuck on this assignment: Robot programming module I understand all of the instructions, but there is one important instruction missing. Where exactly do I write this code? I do not understand where I am supposed to write this pseudocode?

Thanks Mark but I think I will leave this. I have deleted the whole LC university thing and simply make regular visits to the Brigham site where the same thing is stored, not exactly the same way I know, but I find it more relaxing, less stressful to just use it as a reference point for review and any new question I have I usually go there first to check if there was a tutorial.
