Decent and free GUI mockup tool?

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a decent, free, GUI mockup tool?

Hi,
At the moment LiveCode could be used to create GUI mockups for desktop applications just by dragging out controls. And when LiveCode Next Generation arrives you will also be able to create mobile mockups.

Yeah I don't know of anything easier then lc itself for fake desktop gui mockups. the only thing that beats it would be pen and paper, at least in my opinion.

For very early sketches, I use my favorite technology: grid paper and pen.

But not long after I do mock-ups in LC, turn those into prototypes, and flesh those out into production apps - all in one tool.

Since I made this post I've come to the same conclusion.
There was a period with lots of awkwardness in working with the GUI designer, before learning the little tricks that speed things up, learning about groups and what not, now I use pen and paper like I always have for first quick drafts, then I do an LC mockup, and just start coding. lol
