Application Loader cant find App.

I have a 'ready to upload' message to upload my app, but when I use the Application loader, it cannot find the app and referrs me to itunesconnect.

I assume I have to use the Application loader.

This is from memory - the actual steps may vary......

From the Manage Your App section of iTunes Connect, select the app you are ready to upload and then View Details. Look for a link "Ready To Upload Binary" and click it. You should now see your app in Application Loader.

IT turns out itunesconnect was not working for a while.
