Crash log symbolication - .dSYM file

I have a crash log I need to symbolicate. But I can't find any .dSYM file, such as the one produced by Xcode.

Anyone who has had to interpret a crash log - please help! I can't find any documentation on this for live code and I can't submit my app with this issue.
