About Licence Question....

Post by Fasasoftware » Sun Apr 14, 2013 4:18 pm

Dear LiveCode Team,

My name is "Lestroso", well, I don't agree with your new selling politic conditions.

Why do i buy for 500$ every year your livecode Software??

I was convinced that i own the perpetual licence....

I liked very much the modular system, like pays as you go....like you sayed not long time ago....

If I want buy an extensions of your system...I'll do.....And the Perpetual system...i like very much...

But now you force the people to buy your new livecode to deploy for commercial......

Can you review your selling terms condition please and do like in the past??????...can you be more friendly please???

And also...in the open source livecode ....there's no the deploy for the web....Where is located???

I thank you very much in advance....I hope you will understand my conditions as a customer...

Best regards,

Lestroso

I think you should send sales inquery/comment to support AT runrev DOT com, because almost always, only users of LC read the forum.
Various teststacks and stuff:

Chat with other RunRev developers:

Buongiorno Lestroso,

as Björnke suggests, write to support@runrev.com, the RunRev folks do not read here on a regular base!

But I can tell you that they will surely NOT change their price policy (again) in the near future.
And the "web deployment" option has "died" some time ago already.

Sorry, for the bad news.

Best

Klaus

Yes, web deployment has been stopped.
The reason for this was probably due to the fact that more and more browsers are becoming less plugin friendly, or are not allowing plugins at all (mainly on mobile).
