Printing a field content

I'm trying this code but nothing appens...

Code: Select all

on printOutputField
   open printing with dialog as sheet
   if the result is "Cancel" then exit printOutputField 

   revPrintField field (the name of field "outputField") -- Prints the text in the field using the field's text properties.
   close printing
end printOutputField

I'm sure I do something wrong but I do not know what, any idea?

looks like one FIELD too much:
...
## revPrintField field (the name of field "outputField")
revPrintField the name of field "outputField"
...
