Can't Focus On Fields via MouseClick

Hello Dear LiveCoders,

I'm starting my first desktop app with LiveCode.
And I bumped to my first obstacle after a couple o' hours.
I'm creating dynamically a group of fields behaving like a table;
but the fields can't be focused when clicked.
One can only wander between them via tab and return.
traversalOn is true and lockText is false.

Here is a stripped out stack:

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

in the properties for the fields you have autohilites turned off. Put a check in that box and it should fix it.

Does selecting autoHilite not work for you?
