Vertical scroll turns to horizontal on build

I have a few 1 line list boxes, that because I still want to allow multiple lines of text, I choose to check the vertical scroll bar. In Rev this works and looks fine, but when I build exe for windows the buttons (because it is only one line that is all you can see of the scroll bar) appear as what would be for a horizontal scroll bar (like this |<|>|) they appear at the right side like they should, just wrong buttons.

I'm pretty sure I've built two line text boxes with the correct look, might just be a bug with one line boxes.

Hmmm Also just noticed that after the build, it changes it in Rev version also.

Seems to be a bug, I'm using 2.8.1 does it do that in 2.9?


Work around is to use the Small setting and it works fine.
