Change Screen Resolution

Just wondering if there is any built in methods for changing the users screen resolution? Did not look like there was anything so I found a little utility app for windows called QRes that would allow me to set resolution using a shell command. This does work but would rather used a built in method that would work on other operating systems.

no build-in means for changing the screen resolution in LiveCode.
