Skinning an Option menu button for iOS

Post by seaniepie » Wed Feb 29, 2012 3:55 am

Hi all
What would people here suggest is the best way to skin an option menu button for iOS? The Icons way is always a pain as I can never work out what the dimensions it requires are. Whatever I create in Photoshop is never right it seems.
Thanks

Pi

I use the image method but it takes a bit of fiddling to get aligned if you keep the display name option enabled. It is achievable but you need to play with the margin in the text formatting field, take a look at margin in the dictionary and it has a few good examples..
