images not displayed in standalone

Hello All,

I cannot seem to get my images to display in the standalone .exe. They appear fine in the runtime but just appear as blank boxes in the standalone.

I found that if I turn off the option COPY REFERENCED FILES located on the COPY FILES tab in the standalone application settings it works.

Can someone explain why?
