Next Meeting: March 17?

Post by FourthWorld »

Since the tentative date of our proposed next meeting was Feb. 17 and it's almost here with neither an agenda or a meeting venue, perhaps we should consider aiming for March 17?

Looking forward to hearing your excellent ideas on where we might meet and who should present there.

One the one hand, that may conflict with people's plans, so I'm open to looking at another date.

On the other hand, we can get a keg. ;)

That's one of the things we have to decide.

Suggestions?

i am happy to host at my office which is convenient to the SM freeway (I-10 at Arlington) but sadly
there are no walk about food options.

i tried to post the map link but the forum told me, and i quote, that
"Your account does not have permission to post links or domain/page references."

well then ... here is the postal address ...
2116 Arlington Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90018 (front square building first one off the free way on NE side)

and it would be "keg friendly!"

Looks like you're not alone. So far other than yourself the only other RUG rats who've joined the discussion here are Chris and myself.

I've posted nearly half a dozen messages to the old list to get folks on board here but only a very few have showed up, not even the ones who had reported issues with the Yahoo board which was the reason for the change. ::sigh::

Looks like we'll have to shoot for April...
