Icon in iTunes

I'm building an iPad app and have no problems getting icons working on the iPad, but in the finder the built app and in iTunes, the app has no icon - just shows the system default app icon. I am using icon.png and icon-72.png. Help.

As far as I know iOS apps don't use your app's icon in the Finder - it's always that generic icon. However the icon should show in the Xcode Organiser when the device with the app installed is connected to your Mac.
