Oh god...
I'm currently experimenting with the most basic stuff I can imagine (just a few images plus some text on an iPhone screen) - but nothing works.
Here is a screenshot showing the view within LiveCode (4.5.3-rc-3) and the simulator (latest XCode version). As you can see, the graphics (just a few simple PNG files) ran completely off the rails...(there is not a single line of code - just some graphics, the most "complicated" operation I used was scaling a 2px wide background pattern in x-direction in order to make it wider, the "lockLocation" of these graphics is set to true)
On a real iPhone 4 (latest OS) everything looks different again, but still not as intended (and shown in the LiveCode IDE)
I know that RunRev quality is pretty poor and requires lots of fine-tuning to get even simple stuff running - but how can I design a GUI if even plain graphics don't work?

Re: Graphics run off the rails
Hi Andreas,
I don't have the problems you describe. If I set the lockLoc of an image it displays fine in the Simulator, even if I changed its aspect/size of the image in Livecode.
Do you have any more information?
Kind regards
Bernd
