Hello,
As a new user of LiveCode 4.5.2 (Commercial Edition), I experience a strange behavior that seems related to this release :
when one of my scripts use the "ask", "answer" and "save" commands (and others?), the dialog box appears correctly but, when I close it, the main window disappears during some fraction of seconds, and let see the finder (I'm on a Mac) and then reappears.
This creates a rather embarrassing effect.
But more annoying is the fact that : when I want to close the main window and LiveCode wonder if I want to save changes, when I press the button "Do not Save", for example, the software behaves as if the dialog box did not exist and sends the "mouseUp / mouseDown" messages to the button below the "do not save " button of the dialog box. I'm oblige to click 2, 3 or 4 times until the dialog box disappears and the main window is closed.
I worked with versions 2.7 to 4.0 of Media Revolution, and I've never encountered such a problem.
Is someone has experienced this?
Is that a bug of LiveCode, or an incompatibility between this version and my old PowerMac G4/400 under Mac OS 10.3.9 ?
Regards.
Renaud

Re: Refresh screen bug in LiveCode 4.5.2 ?
I couldn't immediately reproduce the problem, but I don't have a MacOSX 10.3 Panther machine. Since that older version of the operating system will seize to be supported in the next major release of LiveCode, but is still supported now, I'd email support@runrev.com or post it onto the Use-LiveCode mailing list.
