Rev Online server unavailable

Hi Folks, I'm not able to log into Rev Online - getting a connection failure. It has been like this for several days. Is there a server problem or do I need to sort something on my Mac?

I just logged in from my Windows machine.... it was a bit slow to get connected, but no other difficulties.

yes.
Some people complain about not being able to access RevOnline, I never heard why. So not much help here. It works for me reliably.
