Building standalone with external

I asked this question here (http://forums.runrev.com/phpBB2/viewtop ... f=7&t=5202) but I'm thinking it warrants it's own thread. How do you bundle an external when you build a standalone application. It runs well in the studio, but when I build the standalone the button that calls an external doesn't work.

Put the external also in the corresponding External folder under Runtime in the Revolution folder and edit the Externals.txt.

Thanks for the info. I've done as you suggested with no changes. I don't get any errors, just nothing happens on the click. Am I missing something else?
