Would be nice to add option-doubleClick to open previously-opened variable assignment palette.

This would avoid opening the same one twice.

For those who can’t see all that well, arranging the palettes in a way that mirrors the flow of things can be quite helpful; option-doubleClicking would simply bring the desired palette to the “top.”
