Best way to re-install Android sdk? - Solved

I have been researching the net and reading LC post and I am totally confused on how to Re-install Android sdk.
What do I need to actually download?

You need the latest version of build tools, and any Android version packages you want to support.

Yes. I went to the SKD manager verified that I had API 8.0 and 9 - 11 API
