infrared transmission

Hi. Can anyone point me to what Transscript or revtalk command(s) I should look at if I want to send IR codes to an IR transmitter connected to a USB port? Thanks in advance. Peter

What kind of IrDA sender do you use? What kind of options are provided via the driver, IrDA utility?
