Bespoke Tooltips
In rather the same way as one can craft a home-made dialog window, so one can run up
a tooltip for "odd" situtations like the one raised by David Glasgow over on the Use-list:

Of course it is perfectly possible to use a field as a tooltip
that is filled with differing texts under differing circumstances.
