Mark Waddingham's 2019 Talk - Fast XML

Hi,

I'm looking at extracting data from xml files from the OpenStreetMap project. These are very large, for example the data that describes Scotland is 3.2Gbytes. So I'm trying to understand Mark Waddingham's talk from 2019 but unfortunately his code does not seem to be available. So does anyone have a copy of his 250 lines of code from the 2019 conference that they are willing to share ?
