Lesson 4 Stack "file was not found"
Just started LiveCode University . It is upgraded version. I am on lesson 4, page 4 trying to launch the stack by right clicking on it but I get a message The stack file was not found. when I try to download it. I tried to look for the file on the selected download folder but nothing launches. The file size is 0 KB. Am I doing something wrong?
Re: Lesson 4 Stack "file was not found"
I seriously doubt that you are doing anything wrong, dimen426.
Since you are a new member on the forum, you will not be able to post a link, per se, but if you don't mind, copy the address of the page the stack is listed and paste it in the editor to post here.
After you paste it, replace any periods ( . ) with a space instead. This will allow you to submit the address, and we can then put dots where the spaces are to go look at the issue.

Re: Lesson 4 Stack "file was not found"
Unfortunately, all I have is a button from within Lesson 4 page 4 of LiveCode University. When I right click on it I have an option to launch it on LiveCode or download it. Both methods fail. Hovering my mouse over the button does not give me a link. It should be a instructions on building my first stack.

Yes, this is the platform. But I realized how to solve the problem. Although, it offered me the option to select a folder of my choice to download the stack, this method does not work. I just used the default download to desktop and it worked. Thanks for the support.

Glad you were able to resolve it dimen426.
