SKIP parameter not working in 9.5.1

anyone run into the problem of the SKIP parameter not working in 9.5.1
ex:

repeat with MyVariable = 0 to 100 SKIP 2 

gives an error: repeat: (bad termination condition) near "SKIP"

A "skip" parameter is for lineoffset, you probably mean STEP:

repeat with MyVariable = 0 to 100 STEP 2 

There is no entry for SKIP in the dictionary.
If in doubt ALWAYS take a look there, it is better than its reputation.
