Can you make Apple Watch apps in Live Code?

One of the things I find to be the true feature of the Apple Watch, is the ability to have ANY kind of information you want, glanceable at the flick of a wrist.

The platform haven't really matured yet. I assume that it's gonna take another five years, but I would like to help out in this aspect. Question is> can I make Apple Watch apps in Livecode?

I think that is a bit of a tough question.

I don't think it is a supported feature (but could be wrong).

However, I remember reading in a way back news letter about someone making an app for his watch (FitBit (?)), I know it wasn't an android or apple product, so I suspect it could be possible to do, but since I don't know how the person mentioned above did it in the first place, I have no idea if the method is transferrable.

As far as I know LiveCode cannot generate standalone apps for watchOS.

Hm. The story I was thinking of wasn't actually an app on the watch, it was to design logo images for the watch, my bad

But, I also seem to remember another story where someone created an app on a watch, which Klaus (I think) also remembers. Unfortunately, no such luck finding that one again

Apple watch I do not know but it is possible to make apps for full android based watches.

I have tried it myself and it works fine.

Yep, but that was a watch running (some kind of Windows or rather) Android!
Currently we cannot build for Apple Watch.
