Application Loader cant find my app

It's Been about 18 months since I uploaded an app to the app store.
I have built an app tested it with development Profile. Created a distribution profile and the applicationloader can't find it and won't let me select it.
I have everything in the App store that I need (i Think) except for the App.

Any Clues?

By the way, I am using Mac OS 10.14.5
LC 9.0.3
Apploader 10.1
