Edit script impossible

Several times, when I try to open the script window, the cursor turns to busy but nothing happens
Do you have an explanation, this problem makes me crazy...

Never seen this. What LC version? What OS?

What happens if you quit and reOpen LC?

I am using 9dp4
I am using windows 10.
When I quit, it works again.
