Livecode builder.
I feel so stupid when it comes to Livecode builder. Is there any tutorial on how to build a library?

Any resources other than the couple tutorials here and there or livecode's github?

If you go to Livecode 8's dictionary, then select guide from the tiny tab bar (API |Guide), then select "extending livecode" from the dropdown menu (which by default should be "HTML5 Deployment").
There is a guide there, but more importantly documentation as well.
