HTML5 standalone builder is broken in 8.0.0-dp16

Peter said, nothing would change from dp-15 to dp-16 relating HTML5.
So I just tried not before now, with a new stack. Result: Nothing.

Just as a warning not to loose time with testing:

I tested with Indy and community version.
HTML5 standalone builder is broken in dp16.
Not even the simplest stack (one button) compiles.

Use dp15 (which works fine) and wait until dp17 (or rc-1?).
I'll report this biggest of all possible bugs ...
