Whither user notes in the dictionary?

I have added many of these, but cannot see them. Nor can I add any more. All I get is "attempting to log in..." (v6.7)

Now in the past, I would open any v.5 LC, where all the notes were always there, and I could always add as well. Going back to v.6, that functionality persisted.

So v.5 "opens" v.6, at least for me. I have mentioned this several times over several years.

My question is this: what is wrong with me?
