drag drop, location, not sure about syntax
Hello Again: I've been spending another frustration filled day with Rev. I'm trying to fight through the fact that this program has no decent documentation for beginners. At the moment, I'm pretty sorry that I ever purchased the software. It cost a lot of money on my budget. I assumed that it would ...

Re: Trouble accessing videos from RunRev Resource Center
Thanks for trying to help me. Sadly, this feature is simply not working. I've installed the codec both from the original file and from the download on techsmith.com. I still get nothing but audio. I am running Rev from a USB drive, maybe that is the problem. I've installed the codec both on USB and ...

Trouble accessing videos from RunRev Resource Center
I've been trying to run the videos from the recource center (accessed from the Revolution program menu). The video downloads and starts the audio but that is it. There is no video. I have both Quicktime and Windows Media Player installed on my system. Can someone help me figure out what I need to do...

Organizing Cards in Application Browser
This seems like the most simplistic of questions, but I can't find the answer in the forum or the docs (though it is probably buried somewhere). Is there a way to move cards up or down in the Application Browser list? I would just like things organized in my card list. So, instead of Card_House, Car...

How to populate table fields across the row?
Hi There: I'm trying to populate a date table for the "My First Stack" tutorial. The tutorial mentions a script to populate the month table, but the script is not included. I've managed to create an array that will populate the table with the days of the month, but I can't figure out how to display ...

Re: My First Stack Tutorial - Background/Group
Thank you Sturgis. That got me on the right track and solved the problem for the labels. Sadly, there are some other similar issues within the tutorial. ie. picture is a similar thing. Also when you uncheck the shared text in the label, every other text in the group is also removed. For example, the...

My First Stack Tutorial - Background/Group
Hello: I've been on Runtime Revolution's mailing list for years. I've also followed the program for a long time. It always looked interesting, but was a little too expensive for me. At one point, I posted to the forum and found some wonderfully kind responses. With the MegaBundle offer, and based on...

Thank you for taking so much time and effort to answer my question. I will follow your links and do a little more investigation. I'm definitely programming challenged, but I keep trying.
I appreciate your help.

Game Templates included with RR
I am thinking about purchasing Runtime Revolution, but I HATE scripting so I'm not feeling very confident about using RR. What I am wondering is what games are included with the software. I would like to be able to change things around and add my graphics, etc. The games that I am looking for are th...
