I've built a stack for the iPhone using a data grid on the first card along with 4 tabs across the bottom and a second card with 4 mobGUI iOS labels and 4 mobGUI iOS text fields.
When I run the stack in the simulator and click on the tab to bring up the second card (containing the mobGUI native text fields), none of the iOS text fields are displayed (but the iOS labels are). I then have to click back to the first card, then select the tab again for the second time in order to display the iOS text fields properly.
So essentially, the mobGUI iOS native text fields are hidden when the card is first loaded, by navigating back to the first card then navigating again to the second card automatically displays the fields properly.
I have no idea how to correct this behavior. What am I missing? Can anyone help?

Re: Trouble displaying iOS native text fields
Hi,
Same problem here.
Any idea?
Is this a limitation due to the fact MobGÜI is not registered?
TIA

Re: Trouble displaying iOS native text fields
I've had a similar problem, I seem too remember. I think in script I navigated to the card, then back, then to the card again, all while the screen is locked, of course. Subsequently I worked around it by not using MobGUI! It's a shame that there are some bugs that aren't seeming likely to be fixed.

Re: Trouble displaying iOS native text fields
Thanks Adrian,
Do you know if it's only a simulator issue or if it also happens on the real device?
As I don't have payed my fee to Apple yet, I cannot test in the real world.

I am pretty sure it is on the device, as well as the simulator.

Re: Trouble displaying iOS native text fields
I found the solution to this problem was clicking the button labeled "Add preOpenCard code to card script" at the bottom of the MobGUI control panel. Then your iOS text fields will appear on your card the first time you load it.
