All iOS test apps require UUIDs. For ad hoc distribution during testing the profile can be embedded into the app. Livecode does that when it creates the standalone. You must have set up the UUID in the developer portal, generated a valid certificate, and built with that.
AirLaunch then lets you distribute it over the air with just a few clicks.
