Thanks capellan for the link. This topic gets more nerdy than I had hoped for. I wonder how up to date this is though, they are talking about flash... But I assume the mp3 method hasnt changed much lately, so the core of it is relevant. But as I mentioned before, the fileformat doesnt seem to be the problem. Wav, Aiff, MP3 produce all the same gap.

Hi, just to add to my post above: I-tunes can loop the files seamless, mp3 or wav or aiff. Interesting. Best. oliver
