It's clear that this latest is not a valid post.
I think there has been a spate of spam recently from forum accounts that were registered a few years ago and have been dormant for some time. I don't know whether there's been some hacker-compromised accounts or something but there does seem to be a trend.

Reading up, it seems like a tactic of spammers to target dormant forum accounts. One suggestion I saw would be to force accounts inactive for 6 or 12 months to re-authenticate via email before accepting the post.
