I don't think I was clear enough in my post, I meant literally move the files to either :
a.) the documents folder (somewhat messy) or
b.) 1 folder in your documents folder (less messy).

As a few of the posts that follow mine seemed to be flowing, the goal is to simplify or reduce the possible problems involved, and of course Xero's post gave us the answer, it worked when done from one folder.

Klaus points out another part of the problem, not all the videos share a name. As was pointed out at the beginning of the thread, I don't think it is a player issue per se.

Well, Klaus, I never got that far. My program was refusing to play videos that did follow the naming convention. So it really doesn't matter that it would not play others not so named.
