It seems that you use Windows 8.
do you installed the android sdk?
then you must launch Android SDK manager select and download at least:
  • all tools
  • Android API 2.2 (and all other API you need)
  • all extras
When you write the android SDK path in Livecode preferences, is the Android SDK path recognized by Livecode? (or do you get an error?)
