It's on both my devices, iPhone and iPad. And it's most frequent for me when Safari is involved. I'm hearing reports that it's related to 64-bit apps, for example from Twitter:
iOS 7.1 fixes an important cause of random crashes in all 64-bit apps. If you have an iPhone 5s or retina iPad then you really want this.
