Activation Error

Thank you for that Richard (you prefer Richard? Rich? I really should have asked long ago ).

I did try it in 6.0.1, which is the earliest I now have working (thanks Solely to all the help received here and from Heather!)
Previously, I tried it in 6.1, the then earliest vers. I had going, through all other versions up to 7. regardless, the error is the same in each, which is why I now am tearing into the code myself, specifically to see whats going on at line 31

This error has occurred in every attempt at install as soon as anything other than the dictionary is clicked...

I think before we go farther with questions on getting this working, I will start a thread in the Mc part of the forum, as this really isn't an 'Activation issue' any longer as in the original posts.

Or, as a Mod, feel free to chop everything starting with the reply we deviated so badly on and move it
