I had thought it might be sometihng like that, but in my case this happened on a laptop that's never been connected to a second monitor. :\

That's exactly what happened to me. I'd open a bug report, but I can't access the QCC. I've emaled RunRev about getting me access (there seems to be no register option), but I haven't heard back from them.

Hi,

As long as this bug hasn't been fixed, this plugin keeps you out of trouble by making sure that al windows open in a visible part of the desktop. The plugin is on the private section of the Economy-x-Talk website, accessible after donating.
