Hi,

Here is a simple application inspired by an old HyperCard stack, "HyperAnimator". CharacterAnimator is an open source "talking heads" utility that syncs an avatar's mouth to text. Today there are more sophisticated AI tools, like Sora, that could probably do a better job but I kind of like this old school approach. There is also an illustrated user's guide.
