In 9.6.2 rc 3 on MacOS 11.3 beta 4 if I try to resize the scriptEditor window
it refuses to do that and the IDE locks up completely.

Hi Richmond,
Have you tried rc-3 in 11.2.3? If it appears there then it might relate to bug 23119, which is confirmed as an RC-3 rather than RC-2 (or earlier) problem, rather than being an 11.3 beta N problem.

No, I have not, and cannot as I am in the "Beta Club".Have you tried rc-3 in 11.2.3?

OK. I am on MacOS 11.2.3 so I grabbed RC3 (which I had abandoned owing to the other bug) and found that when I tried to resize the scriptEditor window, it refused to do that and the IDE locked up completely.
