Error in installing in the target device

Hello everyone

Do you know how to fix this error below I cannot use the TEST anymore for my android phone. Before It is working I use my phone as my emulator and to explore android development in livecode. I already uninstalled java 8 and livecode still there is problem when i want to see the sample app i made in my phone.
