With Indy license TsNet external unlicensed for sftp ?

Post by mrcoollion »

Hello LiveCode specialists,

I understood and also got the information from LiveCode (Heather) during a chat that an Indy license should be able to use sftp transfer with tsnet?
But I get the message: execution error at line n/a (external: unlicensed) near "tsNet"

Hope someone has an answer ?

Friendly regards,

Paul

Is this the same problem that was solved in this other thread?:

If so, I can delete this if no longer needed.

No sir,
In my opinion this is a different issue.
When I try to use sftp instead of ftp in what ever form, i get the message "execution error at line n/a (external: unlicensed) near tsNet".
It seems that even with my Indy license I am not allowed to use sftp but only am allowed to use the ftp protocol.

However all documents state that sftp is available for Indy developers.

using Livecode Indy 8.1.6

Paul
