How can I Deploy app different Apple Dev account?

I've made an app (android and iOS) for a customer, under my dev accounts.
The customer now wants to deploy under his own account.
I have not been able to find how to go about this - I wouldn't want to give away my sourcecode.

Has anybody done this?
