Cydia app for changing resolution?

I have a jailbroken iPhone, and I am trying to see if I can find something that would help me load an app that was designed for a different screen.

Essentially, I have 4S screen but the developer made the app for an iPhone 5 screen... there's a really important button I need to press that is not showing up on my screen... yay!

So until they release their update, I'm sorta SOL. So is anyone familiar with a Cydia app that would allow me to shrink another app? Or maybe scroll it?

(Finally received a smartwatch I helped crowdfund a year ago, but cant use until I can press the (censored) button
