lbtony,
If your update pack is still valid, you have to pay for an update. The e-mail that contains your license key also tells you how long it is valid for updates, if you are entitled to updates.
Even if you can't update now, RunRev Ltd promised that 2.7.5 will be free for every owner of a 2.7.x license.
Recently, we all received information about the availability of altBrowser, altFont and dbsqlite (altSQLite). I believe it was both in a newsletter and an additional announcement. It is probably best to check your spam box first and if you don't find any, ask support (Jacque said she didn't know whether she could freely post the link to the plugins, which implies you have to ask support, but you could search the mailing list archives, since I know the link was posted there before).
Best,
Mark
